Sivar is a family of country-focused AI products and digital tools. They all share one account (single sign-on) and one privacy policy. The products:
An assistant that answers questions with grounded information and cites its sources.
Point of sale and electronic invoicing (DTE) for El Salvador, integrated with the tax authority.
A directory of places and businesses across the Sivar ecosystem.
Send and share files.
MCP servers that expose Sivar knowledge to compatible AI tools.
Sivar uses a single shared account across all products, managed by single sign-on (SSO) at auth.sivar.lat. If you already have an account on one Sivar product, you can use it on the others.
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen at auth.sivar.lat. You'll get a reset link.
Check that you're using the email you registered with. If it still fails, message us via the contact form.
We do not sell your data and use no third-party advertising trackers. You can read the full Privacy Policy.
Some products record events tied to your phone or email before you create an account (for example, when a merchant sends you an invoice over WhatsApp). You can see what's held and delete it at any time — no account required — at identity.sivar.lat/optout.
If you see inappropriate content inside a Sivar product, use the Report button next to the content. An operator reviews the report and decides what to do.
For abuse reports without a button at hand, email abuse@sivar.lat.
Sign in to FacturaSv, build the sale, and press "Sign DTE"; the document is sent to the tax authority and you get the PDF.
Go to ai.sivar.lat and type your question; the answer includes links to the sources.
Upload the file at files.sivar.lat and share the generated link.
Go to identity.sivar.lat/optout and enter your phone or email.
